Idris Jonmamadov

Idris Jonmamadov is the former Head of Emergency Management Department at the Aga Khan Agency for Habitat. He has a solid experience in Disaster Risk Reduction and Emergency Management and a Masters in Public Administration. He is an experienced emergency manager who worked in natural and man-made disasters in Central Asia and Afghanistan.

In the world with climate change, climate-induced emergencies occur more often. We can’t stop them from happening but we can help people (mostly in poor in remote communities) to prepare and adapt to the changes.
